Who doesn't love a good jerk chicken?

For Jerk Marinade:

Directions

  1. Blend all Jerk Marinade ingredient
  2. Bag chicken in a zip-lock or sealable plastic bag. Use multiple bags if needed. Distribute marinade in the bag, shake to cover chicken. Marinate and chill for one day.
  3. Let chicken stand at room temp for 1 hour before cooking
  4. Using a conventional oven: Preheat to 420F/215C and cook for 45 minutes.
  5. Observe until golden brown or crispy dark brown, based on your preference
  6. Let it rest for 30 minutes before serving
